You know, I'm starting to enjoy this.

Harwin has no issues pulling the maester or his gear along the way as needed. I have a feeling he might need him often enough and has no desire to limp into old age.

And I promise, Ronnel won't once say "Mush!"

Is it Healing I'm rolling, or is Assist its own thing?

Assist is a hard bonus to the main roller's number based on 1/2 (round down) your stat in the appropriate ability.  Example, Ronnel is assisting another healer.  With Healing 5 he would assist for a hard bonus of +2.

Coordinate is a roll generated by using your Will score + coordinate bouns dice.  In Ronnel's case, he rolls 5d6k4

I suspect that our narrator has looked at the sheets and proposed what would be likely to produce optimum DoS. I have played under his narrative guidance before and I know he looks to ensure everyone has fun and I am of a mind with him in that.

I certainly have no problem giving Corrine a larger roll in this endeavour. Perhaps that could be best worked out in narrative?

It's totally fine. I don't feel I need a bigger roll. I figured the plan was to optimise DoS, and that's brilliant. I just haven't assisted before, so I'm anxious about rolling the wrong thing.

I think there's no roll to assist (right?), just if you're doing the Will/Coordinate part.

There is no need to roll for an assist outside of genuine Combat or Intrigue.

I do require a TN9 Roll to Assist inside of an Intrigue (which is RAW) and a TN12 Roll to Assist inside a Combat (which I have added to be consistent with the Intrigue and Co-Ordinate Rules).

Yes.  It's half, rounded down... unless you gain the trait that allows assists to be rounded up.

I shall have to make a trait thread over the next week to include the Traits I am giving as rewards as they can also be bought with specialty experience as well.
